Fletcher Falls
Kootenay Lake Forest District Recreation Site

Fletcher Falls is an obscure gem: unless you know it is there, you are unlikely to find it by happenstance. It is accessed first by a rough road and then a pathway at the north end of Fletcher Creek Frontage Road on the lakeside of Highway 31 between Woodbury and Kaslo. The path is occasionally steep–even precipitous–but, the view of the falls is spectacular. The pathway carries on down from the falls to the lakeshore where there are picnic tables and a beach.
